Chuck McIntire
Chuck graduated from Bellarmine College (now University) in 1993 with a B.A. in Accounting. He earned his KY real estate license in 1995 while working for a local Fortune 500 as an Accounting Supervisor. He continued working in his corporate career in the Finance and Accounting discipline while starting his small rental property portfolio. As a result, Chuck became quite familiar with the 1031 Like Kind Exchange (and Reverse) rules during almost 20 years of owning investment property. He is now in the 25th year of his corporate career with the same Fortune 500 corporation, having worked in numerous functions after 9 years in F&A, including Customer Service, Marketing and most recently in Business Development. Additionally, he has held temporary assignments working in Mexico City, MX, Miami, FL and Cologne, DE, responsible for training corporate processes and streamlining overlapping tasks of acquired companies. As a result of Chuck’s experience working in the traditional corporate office environment, he can easily relate to home buyers & sellers who work in similar environments.

Having started back into the industry as a Realtor serving others in 2006 during the worst of the housing market crisis, Chuck has witnessed a wide variety of changes in the industry and market alike. He is very persevering, and does everything he can for his clients to help them through the process and ensure their deal gets closed. Chuck is driven by the gratification felt seeing a positive result for his clients, and strives to make deals “win win” for both sides of a transaction whenever possible. He has developed excellent relationships with loan officers at numerous banks and mortgage companies. His goal is to make your real estate experience as low stress as possible. Buying or selling a home is often stressful enough as it is — Chuck wants to change that. He sincerely wants each of his clients to feel as though they are his ONLY client, just as his marketing motto says: “Focusing on One Client at a Time”.

Julie Broghammer
I began my career in Real Estate 18 years ago as an investor. I turned my passion for investment property into a business helping others achieve their goals and dreams. I guide my clients through all the ins and outs of Renovating houses for investment. I also bring investors together to pool their experience and resources. I have found that some people have the capital but no experience and others have the experience but no capital. Pooling these resources opens more people up to the ability to invest and make money in the Real Estate market. This way I can encompass investments from start to finish, delivering a turn key product to my investors. For my non investor clients my passion is in helping people create a home to raise a family in as well as creating a financial future for themselves. Achieved in a fun, non-stressful way, bringing excitement and happiness into the process.

Don’t trust one of your largest investments to someone lacking in experience and poor negotiation skills. You need someone who is hands on and on top of their game to win in this market.

Bryce Cariel
Bryce moved to Louisville at the ripe age of 18, soaking up the ins and outs of the city like a sponge. You could say that Bryce knows the city like the back of his hand. Understanding the lifestyles and local economics of Louisville’s vast and highly diverse areas and neighborhoods is imperative for a realtor. Combine that with his readiness and ambition to help anyone buying or selling real estate: sellers, investors, and homebuyers, and you will find a valuable asset to any of your real estate needs.

You’ll feel at ease knowing that your realtor not only wants to find you the perfect home, but with a background in corporate operations management and logistics, Bryce is concise, swift, thorough, and organized.

His no pressure style and fun loving attitude will make finding your next property a jovial adventure.
