Chuck graduated from Bellarmine College (now University) in 1993 with a B.A. in Accounting. He earned his KY real estate license in 1995 while working for a local Fortune 500 as an Accounting Supervisor. He continued working in his corporate career in F&A discipline while starting his small rental property portfolio. As a result, Chuck became quite familiar with the 1031 Like Kind Exchange (and Reverse) rules with 20+ years of owning investment property. Now in the 30th year of his corporate career with the same Fortune 500, Chuck has worked in numerous functions after F&A, including Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development & most recently in IT. Additionally, he held temporary assignments working in Mexico City, MX, Miami, FL and Cologne, DE, responsible for training corporate processes and streamlining overlapping tasks of acquired companies. With Chuck’s experience working in the traditional corporate world, he can easily relate to home buyers & sellers who work in similar environments. Having started back into residential sales in late 2006 just before the worst of the 2008 housing market crisis, Chuck has witnessed a wide variety of changes in the industry and market alike. He is persevering, and does everything he can for his clients to help them through the process and ensure their deal gets closed. Chuck is driven by the gratification felt seeing a positive result for his clients, and strives to make deals “win win” for both sides of a transaction whenever possible. His goal is to make your real estate experience as low stress as possible. Buying or selling a home is often stressful enough as it is — Chuck wants to change that. He sincerely wants each of his clients to feel as though they are his ONLY client, just as his marketing motto says: “Focusing on One Client at a Time”.
