Shane Rankin
Shane specializes in all areas of metro Louisville. His client centric focus helps seller’s and buyer’s navigate the complex market of real estate, ensuring their largest asset is protected. His commitment and passion makes every transaction smooth and care-free; leaving his clients to focus on other important aspects of life such as careers, relocations, families and everyday living.

Shane leverages national relationships to assist seller’s and buyer’s with referrals, relocations and cross-country moves. His close connections with local lender’s, title companies, insurance agents and many home services affiliates, make his clients buying and selling process simple, not to mention his continued relationship with his clients after the sale.

In his free time, Shane enjoys travel, calls himself a “foodie”, enjoying the Louisville food scene and makes time for an afternoon at the dog park with his two labs, Max and Matty. The occasional sky-diving excursion, theme parks and staying fit keep him active.

Chuck McIntire
Chuck graduated from Bellarmine College (now University) in 1993 with a B.A. in Accounting. He earned his KY real estate license in 1995 while working for a local Fortune 500 as an Accounting Supervisor. He continued working in his corporate career in the Finance and Accounting discipline while starting his small rental property portfolio. As a result, Chuck became quite familiar with the 1031 Like Kind Exchange (and Reverse) rules during almost 20 years of owning investment property. He is now in the 25th year of his corporate career with the same Fortune 500 corporation, having worked in numerous functions after 9 years in F&A, including Customer Service, Marketing and most recently in Business Development. Additionally, he has held temporary assignments working in Mexico City, MX, Miami, FL and Cologne, DE, responsible for training corporate processes and streamlining overlapping tasks of acquired companies. As a result of Chuck’s experience working in the traditional corporate office environment, he can easily relate to home buyers & sellers who work in similar environments.

Having started back into the industry as a Realtor serving others in 2006 during the worst of the housing market crisis, Chuck has witnessed a wide variety of changes in the industry and market alike. He is very persevering, and does everything he can for his clients to help them through the process and ensure their deal gets closed. Chuck is driven by the gratification felt seeing a positive result for his clients, and strives to make deals “win win” for both sides of a transaction whenever possible. He has developed excellent relationships with loan officers at numerous banks and mortgage companies. His goal is to make your real estate experience as low stress as possible. Buying or selling a home is often stressful enough as it is — Chuck wants to change that. He sincerely wants each of his clients to feel as though they are his ONLY client, just as his marketing motto says: “Focusing on One Client at a Time”.
